This is another super simple exercise that is in reality very difficult to play. It will improve your technique and control hugely. See how big you can make your pyramid but remember, sound and control and more important.

I may have missed it, but are you playing heel up for these?
Both! For a real workout and a faster route to great feet, play everything heel down. Even if you don’t play that way for normal ‘playing’, it serves as a great workout and will only help your heel up/ankle motions.
