This was a member request lesson asking about a fill I played in a clip of a concert I posted on social media. It opens up a cool topic on hand and foot combinations so this lesson turned out to be only part one. These kind of fills can sound very advanced as they really shine when they’re played at brisk tempos but ultimately the stickings are quite simple. Start slow to begin with and concentrate on dynamics and timing.
