Flowing in Triplets – Vocab Idea 1

I’ve been asked for more triplet phrases to extend on from the Flowing in Triplets course, so here we go with a favourite phrase of mine that has a nice left-before-right sticking that really pops out nicely.

These extension lessons following on from the course are just extra ideas and stickings for you to add to your arsenal and experiment with. Remember to start slow and make sure you start putting all the stickings together (at slow tempos!) – it’s the ‘flow’ and how you string things together that is the key – so go as slow as you need to go to make that happen..
