I joined the site but haven’t received my registration email and can’t login.
If you’re a new member to the site, an email will automatically be sent to you with a link to complete your registration as soon as your transaction is complete. If that didn’t arrive, please check your spam/junk mailbox, as it may have been held up there.
Why is my account inactive?
An inactive account may have occurred due to a skipped payment, which may mean a credit card or bank account number has changed. Be sure your information has been fully updated with PayPal, and that there are sufficient funds in your PayPal account to cover your monthly payment. Once you’ve completed these steps, please email us right away at email@example.com and we’ll help you to get back up and running as soon as possible.
How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership with us by logging into your PayPal account, clicking on “My Pre-Approved Payments,” and cancelling your subscription with our service.

How do I refer back to lessons?
There are a few ways to do this. The ‘All Lessons’ menu button offers a drop-down menu allowing you to view lessons by category or by an A-Z index. You can also use the search bar on the top right to search for specific lessons.
You can also save your favourite lessons to refer back to. There is an ‘add to favourites’ button underneath all the videos that are posted in the ‘Latest Videos’ page. Click this and that lesson will be saved to your list! The Favourites page is also on the ‘All Lessons’ drop-down menu button.
Can I ask questions about the lessons?
Yes! I want you to do this. It’s important that you’re getting the most from your membership and I’m always here to answer questions. You can comment underneath the videos or send an email via the contact page.
Can I request a lesson topic?
Absolutely! You can use the contact page to send me an email, post in the forum or just comment under any of the lesson posts.
