Continuing on with the layers, this lesson covers groups of 5 with the feet with the various hand patterns on top. You can play the 5’s leading both ways and the foot pattern alone works as a great foot endurance exercise especially if you play heel down (e.g – playing RLRLL with the right foot heel up and left foot heel down & vice versa).
