Hand Exercise – Doubles Around the Kit

This a detailed lesson on playing double strokes around the kit but also explaining a sequence that you can use to cycle through all the various double stroke inversions. This lesson will help with your overall endurance, double stroke execution and control. Remember to start very slow, especially when first learning the cycle just on the snare.
