I joined the site but haven’t received my registration email and can’t login.
If you’re a new member to the site, an email will automatically be sent to you with a link to complete your registration as soon as your transaction is complete. If that didn’t arrive, please check your spam/junk mailbox, as it may have been held up there.
Why is my account inactive?
An inactive account may have occurred due to a skipped payment, which may mean a credit card or bank account number has changed. Be sure your information has been fully updated with PayPal, and that there are sufficient funds in your PayPal account to cover your monthly payment. How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership with us by logging into your PayPal account, clicking on “My Pre-Approved Payments,” and cancelling your subscription with our service.
