This is a fill I learnt from Virgil Donati and it’s awesome. Apart from being a fill it’s also a great exercise for improving your ability to move around the drums with triplets. It’s much harder than it looks.

Hi Jean-Claude! This was one of the first lessons I uploaded when the site began back in 2014 and I wasn’t doing notation for everything at that time. You don’t need any notation as the sticking is just RLR LRL…that’s it! I will re-film this lesson at some point and add notation!
