Groove Library – Gadd-Inspired Groove

This is a famous drum groove from a Tom Scott tune called ‘Dirty Old Man’. Gadd plays a 32nd note flurry at the beginning of the groove. This is my interpretation with some variations!

    • Hi Alex! Great, glad you enjoyed it. I really love the new Freestyle sticks – I’m using the 55A version. Normal sticks, or even some 16.5″ sticks now feel short and strange to me. I find it much easier to play with these..I get more reach, speed and power. Definitely worth trying to see if they work for you.
