Playing in 7/8 – Part One

 
Odd time signatures don’t have to be daunting. As long as you don’t count numbers and instead find a musical rhythm to sing underneath what you’re playing, things become much easier and more enjoyable. Part one goes over the basics of 7/8 and explains what rhythm to sing. Also included is a play-along track for you to experiment and practice with. Look out for part two where I discuss in more detail how to approach the track.
