Lick of the Month – January ’16

Here we go with the first ‘Lick of the Month’ for 2016! One of Steve Gadd’s famous phrases here. We’ve probably all heard him play this thousands of times but for me, I never knew exactly what he was playing until someone showed me. It’s a cool lick that can be used a few different ways. Gary Novak also does something similar.
