Lick of the Month – November 2019

This month we’re looking at a phrase using groups of 7 played as 16th notes. There’s a one bar and a two bar version with a few subtle variations to give you some options. This is a tricky phrase at first; it’s important to start very slow and just get a handle on the group of 7 played over & over with the left foot keeping time, then start putting it into context.
