The great Thomas Lang invited me to his studio to talk drums and jam back in June 2021. We captured some great footage and had some great conversations about drums and music.
In this first part, Thomas asked me about ‘groove’ and what that word means to me; it sparked a very interesting conversation about groove, time and pocket and the differences between them.
